Payment Processing

Payment is collected when an order is placed. Orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£). If you use a payment method issued in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or additional charges.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (London Time), Monday through Saturday, are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on Sundays are processed on the next working day.

Payment Security and Fraud Prevention

To help protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, we may perform verification checks on certain orders. In some cases, additional information may be requested before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be verified or that appears to involve unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
